It didn’t take much time for people to use Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s “earth-shattering” death as an excuse to get political and tell others to vote for Joe Biden. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez did just that in a lengthy Instagram video where she shared that now is the time to “radicalize” Democrats.
“Voting for Joe Biden is not about whether you agree with him. It’s a vote to let our democracy live another day. We need to act in solidarity and protection for the most vulnerable people in our society who have already experienced the violent repercussions of this administration,” said Ocasio-Cortez.
Wait, so we should vote for someone we don’t agree with? The left must have no solid argument or reasonable evidence to prove Joe Biden is the better presidential candidate this election season if they have to tell voters to vote for him even if they don’t want to. They would rather invoke fear and division in the voters to get President Trump out of office simply because it is easier than trying to highlight any of Biden’s qualifications. It’s a media brainwash only the radical left could try and pull off.
Ocasio-Cortez also urged supporters to check their voter registration so that our democracy can “live another day.” She said this is crucial for the most vulnerable people in our society who have already experienced the violence of the Trump Administration.
Later in the video, Ocasio-Cortez also suggested that our democracy depends on whoever fills the Supreme Court vacancy. She brought up the difference between people having reproductive rights and the government controlling our bodies. This was a clear hit at Republican pro-life voters who generally share this belief under religious reasons. It’s a shame to see hypocrites on the left spewing insults at pro-life voters while saying that everyone should be allowed to think how they want. It has nothing to do with the Supreme Court spot and it never did. It was just another way to bash Republicans.
Rep. Ocasio-Cortez also went on Twitter to share her political agenda.
“We have a whole new world to build. We cannot accept going back to the way things were, & that includes the Dem party. We must deliver transformative, material change,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted, attaching the Instagram video of her talking about Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death.
There’s a way the liberals like to go about telling people what the “new normal” is or how American citizens will live their life that is getting more people voting right. The Dem Party needs to be rooted and remake entirely before its leaders go on discussing a new world that the people will be forced to live in.
