Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer just claimed that Jan. 6 2021 will “live forever in infamy” after President Trump’s supporters stormed the U.S Capitol building rejecting the Electoral College Vote results.

These exact words were also said by President Franklin Roosevelt right after the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. Liberals have always been notorious for their plagiarism and dramatizing events to create more divide between Republicans and Democrats. Schumer also claimed that President Trump was the cause of this event by promoting wild conspiracy theories on Twitter that motivated his followers to storm the nation’s capital.

President Trump, however, has called on his supporters to go home and remain peaceful while respecting the law and our great men and women in blue. He reiterated that the Capitol Police and law enforcement are on the side of our country and that we are the party of law and order.

“At President @realDonaldTrump’s direction, the National Guard is on the way along with other federal protective services. We reiterate President Trump’s call against violence and to remain peaceful,” tweeted White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany.

Vice President Mike Pence opened the Senate session Wednesday night by recognizing the horrific events of the day but not using hate rhetoric to seek blame on one party over the other. He realized that now was not the time to be consumed by politics, but rather provide a message of calm reassurance to all Americans who are upset with the Electoral College Vote results.

Schumer, however, pinned the Capitol riots on President Trump and said that this will go alongside the attack on Pearl Harbor. He was around in the 1970s when the Weather Underground bombed the Capitol, the Pentagon, and the State Department, and this is the worst he’s seen?

“Mr. President, it is very, very difficult to put into words what has transpired today. I have never lived through or even imagined an experience like the one we have just witnessed in this Capitol,” said Schumer.

Others pointed out the hypocrisy in Schumer comparing this to Pearl Harbor while praising the summer riots that took over the city of Seattle. This is the rhetoric we all expected to see from the radical left. Self-entitled politicians were horrified by the damages to the Capitol building while letting ordinary people have their businesses looted and destroyed for months.

The radical left loves to dramatize events beyond reason for political gain and divide the country up as much as it can. Their Trump Derangement Syndrome kicks in even when the President is publicly preaching against the violence of his supporters.
