Former President Donald Trump recently revealed that he will be holding campaign-style rallies in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and North Carolina as speculations swirl over whether or not he’ll mount a presidential bid for the White House in 2024. Close sources shared that Trump will hold at least two rallies in June and a third event around the Fourth of July holiday.
“Relatively soon, we’ll be doing one in Florida, we’re gonna do one in Ohio, we’re gonna do one in Georgia, we’re gonna do one in North Carolina. We’ll be announcing them very soon over the next week or two, and I think we’ll probably start in Florida and Ohio and we’ll be announcing the rallies very shortly,” Trump told One America News.
Trump made his first post-presidential speech at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in February and is scheduled to headline North Carolina’s Republican Party convention on June 5. While he has not yet confirmed whether he would run for president in 2024, Trump shared that he will make a decision after the 2022 midterm elections. He says he will also be releasing a schedule soon since he is eager to return to the rally stage.
Trump told Maria Bartiromo during a Fox News interview that they ended up winning 15 seats on deck and could possibly cost House Speaker Nancy Pelosi her job with a chance of taking back the House. “Based on every poll, they want me to run again, but we’re going to take a look, and we’ll see. We have the first steps. First, we have to see what we can do with the House,” he said.
Trump recently struck a deal with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy in January to help the GOP retake the House Majority in 2022. He said that the Biden Administration’s handling of the southern border and decision to cancel the Keystone XL pipeline will inspire voters to elect a GOP House Majority next year.
A recent post from Trump’s website also confirms the restoration and makeover of his Boeing 757 plane, nicknamed “Trump Force One,” which became iconic during the Trump rallies. The plane’s Rolls Royce RB211 Turbofan engines previously broke and had been removed from the aircraft’s pending repairs. Trump had been traveling on smaller jets since the substantial repairs would cost several hundred thousand dollars to repair.
Trump wrote that the plane had been kept in storage in Upstate New York during his presidency and that it would be brought to a Louisiana service facility for a brand new paint job. He said they would also be inspecting and updating the Rolls-Royce engines.
Trump claimed that he is repairing his iconic private plane in preparation for upcoming rallies and that it will be in working service by the end of 2021. He also announced that “When completed, it will be better than ever, and again used at upcoming rallies!”
Trump has teased a potential White House bid in 2024, but his MAGA rallies would be a massive boost to candidates running in the 2022 elections. Trump and his ‘America First’ movement is stronger than ever – and probably scaring a lot of Democrats right now.
