MSNBC’s Chris Hayes Absurd Recommendation For Anti-Maskers

It seems like almost everyone is upset at how fast President Trump is recovering. He had tested positive for the coronavirus and spent three nights at the Walter Reed medical center before returning home at the White House. He landed on the South lawn and ascended a flight of stairs, turned to face the helicopter that dropped him off, then removed his mask giving the departing Marine One a long salute.

Politicians and reporters have criticized President Trump’s arrival to the White House, claiming that he has put the White House staff and Trump Administration in danger.

PBS Contributor Michael Beschloss snapped at President Trump on Twitter for riding in an SUV and waving to his supporters outside Walter Reed. He said the President was jeopardizing the Secret Service agents inside the car with him. Conservative activist Matt Schlapp shot right back at Beschloss’s hypocrisy. “So masks don’t work? I’m so confused,” he asked.

We should expect people to have a modicum of respect for our President, no matter what the circumstances are. This doesn’t seem to be the case. Left-winged reporters are angry at how fast the President is recovering and returning to work.

After Schlapp’s tweet, MSNBC’s Chris Hayes decided to butt into the conversation. “The most humane and reasonable way to deal with all these people, if we survive this, is some kind of truth and reconciliation commission,” Hayes tweeted to Schlapp. This is always the famous response when anyone questions the legitimacy of the left. If you disagree or ask questions about masks, you become a grandma killer and deserve to be punished.

The tweets in response were alarming. Others seemed just as enthusiastic about harsh treatment for those who don’t abide by mask-wearing. Others referenced that this is a literal Orwellian Ministry of Truth and asked if there would be camps. Most people just wanted Hayes to answer the million-dollar question – Do masks work?

No measure of masks or handwashing works 100%. All of us will eventually be exposed to the virus. If our immune system is strong, we will not be infected. This is something that is staying around for a long time, but the radical left seems too focused on getting President Trump out of office to notice that.
