Court Rejects Texas Election Lawsuit

President Trump’s personal attorney Rude Giuliani continues to fight the good fight against election fraud, despite the state of Texas being rejected a lawsuit to question the voting results from four states.

The lawsuit filed by Texas argued that four states had failed to validate their election results and had unconstitutionally changed the election laws in their favor. 17 red states and 106 Republican House Members had publicly supported the filed lawsuit, despite its rejection. The Supreme Court released a brief statement regarding their position on the matter.

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” it read.

President Trump later tweeted that he was really let down by this decision. “No Wisdom, No Courage!” He tweeted. This could rattle any legal recourse President Trump has in questioning the results saying that former Vice President Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election.

Giuliani, however, sees the Supreme Court results differently. He was recently interviewed on Fox News’ “Sean Hannity Show” where he talked about alternative legal paths for the Trump Administration.

“Well the legal path now is the state courts and you have to hope that the justices of the state courts are going to show somewhat more determination, somewhat more willingness to be willing to take some degree of criticism, and somewhat more willingness to have an open mind. That’s all we’re asking them to do, we’re just asking them to hear the facts, let the American people, let the American people hear the facts and let the judges hear the facts,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani talked about the censorship by big tech companies and facts being oppressed by the Democrat party. There were videos censored of ballots being dumped, windows being blocked by observers, and ballot counters pulling out suitcases of hidden ballots in the dead of night.

President Trump’s legal team has filed dozens of lawsuits, the vast majority of which have been censored and failed by the courts. Courts have continued to refuse to grant President Trump a hearing. The people are entitled to a hearing so that they can present their facts and not get pushed to the side. What facts are people so afraid of hearing?

There will be a joint session of the House and Senate on January 6 to count the electoral votes and certify the President-elect. President Trump is put in a tricky position when the courts decide to ignore whatever is being filed. The media may have declared Biden as the President-elect, but there’s still a ton of corruption to peel away at.

If the courts refuse to look at the evidence, it’s up to the American people to uncover it.
