Biden Caught Red Handed Playing Both Sides

Former Vice President Joe Biden recently admitted he was aware of the federal prosecutors’ plans to question incoming National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, though had denied any knowledge of the investigation prior.

In early 2017 on ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’, George Stephanopoulos asked Biden what he knew of the FBI’s operations. He responded, “I know nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn.” In the recent weeks since the Obama Administration’s spy scandal, Biden went on to call new earth-shattering revelations about Flynn in saying this is a “game this guy plays all the time.” He claims this is a distraction from the ongoing public health pandemic in an effort to avoid the topic and that he should stop trying to always divert attention from the real concerns of the American people.

Stephanopoulos then notes that Biden was present at the January 5th 2017 Oval Office Meeting where he and President Barack Obama were briefed by national security officials of the White House in plans to question Flynn over his phone conversations with the Russian Ambassador. “I thought you asked me whether or not I had anything to do with him being prosecuted. I was aware that there was, that they asked for an investigation, but that’s all I know about.”

The meeting, in the final days of Obama’s presidency, has raised questions about whether or not they knew anything about the FBI’s pursuit of Flynn’s conviction. As the meeting concluded, those who stayed who would not be transitioning into the new administration left while those staying on under Trump, like Comey, mentioned using the arcane Logan Act to indict Flynn. The 1799 ‘Logan Act’ law was widely seen as unconstitutional that bars citizens from communicating with foreign governments. The law, in its 200+ year history, has never been successfully used to prosecute an American. Comey bragged about defying formal protocol to question Flynn in the White House. He admitted it was something he probably shouldn’t have done or gotten away with if it were with a more organized administration.

Uncovered notes from the FBI show that the agents planned to catch Flynn in a perjury trap in their interview with him, without an attorney present or informing the senior White House Staffer as to why he was being questioned in the first place.

With so many leaked phone conversations and FBI notes, the Department of Justice filed a motion to dismiss all federal charges against Flynn. The revelations of FBI corruption shows that the interview with Flynn back in 2017 should’ve never happened in the first place.

Senators are speaking out, particularly Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley. “Given all that we know now regarding the fake foundation for the inquiry, it’s time that we ask: What did Obama and Biden know, and when did they know it?” He asks on the Senate Floor. Many are beginning to press for answers on what the highest ranking officials in the previous administration knew, along with the President and Vice President themselves.

It’s a situation with layers and we’re still only on the surface level of the deep-state-set-up to bring down Flynn.
