New Jersey Atilis Gym owners Ian Smith and Frank Trumbetti are fighting back against the draconian lockdown measures imposed by the radical left by creating a directory of businesses fighting to stay open. The website, similar to Yelp, is to be used as a vital resource for business owners defying COVID restrictions and Americans who want to support their communities by shopping locally.

Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy has continued to slam New Jersey gyms and other businesses who have stayed open, despite an executive order keeping them closed. Smith and Trumbetti have kept their gym open the entire time arguing that they have passed the 83,000-visit mark with not a single case of COVID-19 traced back to their facility. They continue to use safety protocols, including proper sanitation and social distancing.

“Governor Murphy has thrown everything he possibly could to shut us down. He has arrested my partner and I, given us over 60 citations, some of them criminal. He fines us $15,497.76 per day for every day we’re in operation. Our fines are totaling over $1.2 million, but every single day, Frank and I open our gym,” Smith said.

The gym owners go into detail about the tragedy that has struck the middle class and small businesses in America. He called it “criminal” for putting people out of business for good and making them reliant on big government. “You are taking away their civil liberties under the guise of pretending like you care about public health,” he said.

Many elected officials have been caught defying their own lockdown orders, including Gov. Murphy. He was filmed last month having dinner with his family of six at a New Jersey restaurant after pleading with people to “stay home” and keep their Thanksgiving dinners small with only immediate family. He later appeared on Good Morning America to talk about personal responsibility and “doing the right thing.” Typical liberal move to remain blinded to their own hypocrisy.

While a group of bipartisan legislators continue to push a $908 billion COVID-19 proposal into the House, Smith has argued that another coronavirus relief package won’t give businesses what they actually want. He said people just want to get back to life and do it in a safe manner without having their businesses close for good.

“Politicians your time is up. You pushed too far and there is no going back. Not only will we defiently reject all lockdowns and return to normal, but we are going to primary and run every single one of you who supported these oppressive, draconian measures out of office for good,” Smith tweeted.

American people make decisions for themselves, their families, and their communities, not the government. If lockdowns and masks had worked the first time, then why are cases still spiking?
