Democrats Have A Lot More Involvement With Jan. 6 Than Most People Would Believe

Rep. Andy Biggs recently called the House of Representative’s new select committee on the Jan. 6 Capitol riot a “witch hunt” instead of an investigation. He said he hopes fellow House Republicans will not participate in the Democrat-led committee and argued that what would be “most helpful” in the Jan. 6 investigation would be the release of 14,000 hours of Capital Building surveillance tapes.

While the Justice Department has the surveillance footage under seal, they claim that the records are “highly sensitive” government material and that no one is allowed to see them. Sen. Ron Johnson, the ranking member of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, is one of the people allowed to view them and said that some of the footage could undermine the narrative that insurrectionists broke into the building without permission.

Johnson even notes that several individuals entered the Capitol building through doors on the upper west terrace shortly before more than 300 protesters entered the building. The footage showed the police office gesturing towards the door as individuals walked past him. While they exited the building at 2:33 p.m., the last person to leave left the door ajar, which allowed people from the outside of the building to gain entry.

For nearly 15 minutes, 309 people entered the Capitol building and law enforcement did little to stop them. Even people who were walking to the Capitol said they saw law enforcement dressed in all black uniforms and riot gear.

Some of the footage shows the Capitol Police firing flash grenades and rubber bullets at peaceful protesters with MAGA flags. Cops were waving protesters up the stairs near the inauguration stage and then started attacking people and hitting them with batons. One protester explained that people were getting tackled and that the crowd got agitated and started yelling at the police.

“The crowd started yelling, what are you guys doing? That’s why you see people cussing and swearing at police,” one protester explained.

In a recently-released video, Capitol protesters can be heard yelling to the officers, “We’ve always supported you!” Another video was of a retired firefighter from Pennsylvania who threw a fire extinguisher at three Capitol police officers, calling them “traitors” and “cowards.” It was confirmed by the USCP inspector general that the D.C Metro police started using sting balls during the protest. There were children, veterans, and seniors in the crowd.

Democrats will continue to lie to the American people about the “violent far-right insurrection” that had more involvement on the government’s side than the American people. Every honest American already knows that the Democrats were working with Antifa and Black Lives Matter all year long, letting their riots destroy small businesses and communities.

While Trump supporters were at the Capitol to protest a stolen election and protect their rights, there’s a lot more going on behind the scenes than Nancy Pelosi would like to lead on. They just won’t release the footage revealing it.
