On a recent segment of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Jackson County, Texas sheriff A.J Louderback was invited on to talk about how the Biden Administration was releasing thousands of illegal aliens from custody into the United States without being tested for COVID-19. He accused Biden of punishing and endangering the lives of Americans and hurting communities along America’s border with Mexico.
Under the non-deportation rules, immigrants can’t be deported if they get a DUI, commit fraud, tax crimes, or assault. This aligns with President Biden’s citizenship plan that would allow all illegal immigrants living in the U.S to achieve temporary legal status in five years and to apply for citizenship after an additional three years.
Carlson shared a clip from a recent White House news conference where Press Secretary Jen Psaki was confused by a question about the policies set by the US Customs and Border Protection. Fox News correspondent Kristin Fisher asked Psaki what is being done for migrants entering the US without being given any kind of COVID-19 test.
“Are you suggesting they’re letting people in across the border without testing them?” Psaki questioned. Fisher replied that they’re having to release migrants because of the executive orders that the President signed earlier in the week. Psaki didn’t know which orders she was talking about and didn’t care enough to answer the question before moving on.
Sheriff Louderback told Carlson that he received a “particularly devastating” defunding-ICE-by-memo by memorandum. He said it was very similar to the 2014 Priority Enforcement program by then-Acting Homeland Security Secretary David Pekoske. “When I read it and looked at it, it’s a message to the world that you can come here illegally, you can commit crimes here against Americans, and remain illegally,” he said.
He went on to accuse the federal government of promoting a ‘lawless attitude’ and said every peace officer in the country should be extremely concerned about the attitude and complete abject removal of law by the Biden Administration. The ban on deportation orders is doing nothing but creating irreparable harm at the southern border.
“We have a full nullification of the law going on here. We’re going to allow our ICE officers, USCIS, all affected by this memo, which guts the INA and handcuffs them so that they’re unable to respond. So in law enforcement here, those of us that don’t have the jurisdiction to enforce the federal laws here, we’ve created a situation that is unthinkable for the public,” Sheriff Louderback said.
Illegal is illegal no matter what someone’s politics are. Democrats want to open borders, take away guns, and force millions of men and women to defend themselves. President Biden is willfully endangering American lives with his orders and violating his oath of office. If there was ever an impeachment case for Biden, this might be it.
