A few weeks ago, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez asked for a list of social media posts from “Trump sycophants” so that they would be held accountable in the future. She received a ton of backlash from social media users who were tired of the radical left using punishment against Trump supporters. Now, another Democratic politician has threatened supporters of the Republican Party.
Re. Bill Pascrell Jr. has recently claimed that President Donald Trump and his administration must be investigated by the Department of Justice due to having “committed innumerable crimes against the United States,” including treason. He issued a press release on Nov. 17 saying that Donald Trump and members of his administration endangered our national security, ripped families apart, poisoned the Census, and personally profited from his office.
“He has attacked our elections and sought to throttle democracy. He was rightly impeached by the House of Representatives. He has engaged in treachery, in treason. He has all but given up on governing and protecting our nation and if he had a shred of dignity he would resign today,” said Pascrell.
He insists on investigating President Trump for crimes against the nation and Constitution without a shred of evidence. The number of accusations he listed had no cited evidence. Rep. Matt Gaetz pointed this political game the liberals are playing out on Twitter.
“This is now the Left’s goal – throw President Trump, his administration officials, his family, and his supporters in prison. This is where we are now. Disgusting,” he tweeted. The letter of the prosecution against Donald Trump by Bill Pascrell Jr. was attached to Gaetz’s tweet.
This isn’t the first time Pascrell has expressed his criticism of President Trump and the Republican party challenging the 2020 election results. He claimed that the Republican Party is unfit to govern and “doesn’t give a damn about you.”
“Tonight I’m calling for the eventual prosecution of Donald Trump and his enablers for their many crimes against the United States,” Pascrell tweeted.
Many criticized him and the radical left asking when the division was going to end. It’s clear that whoever is President, it is not the Republican Party that is adding any fuel to the fire. While Donald Trump investigated, his team can look into Bill’s career. Aren’t Democrats notorious for being bought?
First, Democrats ask for a list of Trump supporters, and now, they are trying to throw everyone he knows in jail. Didn’t they already spend four years investigating the President and his Administration? The left always want to shine the spotlight, but never step into it themselves.
