The Black Lives Matter protests have been radical, violent, and claimed innocent lives all across the country. We’ve watched this movement play out by the exact same leaders under the same name during any white against black police brutality cases. Through political foolishness and media gaslighting, it’s happening time and time again.
More and more civilians and police officers are being attacked and even killed from a movement that is anti-police and anti-family radicals. It all started when the movement first gained media attention back in 2014.
The group was founded in 2013 after the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin in Florida. Its national profile began to rise, including protests over the killing of Michael Brown, Eric Garner, and then Freddie Gray and Walter Scott the following year. It was cheered on by the media the same way it’s being cheered on today. Their organization’s name conveys an obvious truism, but that has been quite blinded by its violent and intolerant side to anything opposing their beliefs. Some of it would be known as “cult indoctrination.” They believe you either admit you are racist or you aren’t able to see your racism through the white privileges you benefit from in a term called “systematic racism.” Sound familiar? It’s one you can’t argue with.
This has led to black-owned businesses being torched and looted, block after block of neighborhood being burned, and screaming mobs attacking the police. Democrats and corporate media have made excuses for the attacks on innocent civilians, blaming the “outside agitators” for disrupting the activists. The Black Lives Matter demands a “conversation” but is committed that no one speaks but them.
The media has made the violent protests a game, excusing the riots as “oh, someone has to come and always ruin the fun.” This is justifying the violent people by saying they just got “caught up in the cause.” Buildings have burned and reporters turn a blind eye, calling it a protest.
This charade cannot stand much longer. Just this past weekend, an eight-year-old black girl named Secoriea Turner was shot and killed besides her frightened mother trying to navigate around illegal barriers and Black Lives Matter protesters. This happened near the same Wendy’s where a black man was killed after stealing and firing off one officer’s taser.
“They say black lives matter. You killed your own. You killed your own this time. You killed a child. She didn’t do nothing to nobody,” the father of Secoriea Turner said.
Just hours after the child’s death, another person was killed, and two more nearby. The discussions have ended and we are done negotiating with protesters when an innocent child dies. Only when politicians are losing votes, they act and speak up. I’m sure we’ll see a lot more liberal politicians speaking out against violence in the near future and not calling it the “summer of love” anymore.
